For Men & Women
Ages 16 - 88

This class is simply functional controlled movements performed at a higher levels of intensity.

Each class differs from the last as my specialty is not specializing. Most of the workouts are timed as a way to measure your individual growth and performance.


This class is designed to sculpt and shape your physique while preparing you for any physical challenge or everyday life event that may come your way. We do this by incorporating a variety of fitness skills and genres into our workouts, like balance, agility, coordination, strength, plyometrics, Olympic lifts, sprints, pull-ups, push-ups, tire flipping, and many more.

All fitness levels are encouraged to join as modifications will be made to accommodate age or skill level. Adjustments will be made to the weight used or the difficulty of the exercise, but not the intensity. Training at a higher intensity for a shorter period of time has been scientifically proven to give you greater physical health gains and results when applied correctly.

The classes are fun, creative, and challenging; we will spend lots of time outdoors enjoying the sun and fresh air; weather permitting of course. The first two weeks of class will be focused on skill and form. We will then follow with a mini workout on each of the skill and form days.


Dress Code
We will, at times, be working with tires, fire hoses, and sometimes be in the grass or asphalt … So wear what suits you best.

Nutrition

Each person is expected to make healthier eating choices while training with me and will be provided with meal ideas all containing carbs, protein and healthy fats.
